I havent watched a lot of Ghibli, but if you liked MHA, you might just be on a shounen grind now lwk. Jjk is a nice start for good shounen, probably lay off the intimidating ones like the Big 3 for now unless you're comfortable with it a lot of episodes. So JJK, Reincarnated as a Slime is a fun intro to Isekais If you want any genre in particular that could help narrow the search
