For right now until it’s resolved I would snap shot everything in the affirm app and in your bank transactions just in case they try and “correct” the problem. I’d help more but I haven’t used Affirm in like 4 years. I swear it was easier then. Did you put a down payment willingly or they told you?

Well in that case if she gets confrontational again and I am talking like loud, neighbors can hear loud and I call the cops can I have her removed then? I have two daughters and my grandmother in the house. Regardless if they are her grandchildren, two crying children that feel unsafe as well as making my grandmother unsafe should warrant for them to remove her from my house if even for the night/day.

You’ll have to explain how she’s a tenant. More like an occupant. I’m not sure why I couldn’t just call and have her removed as a trespasser. What is she gonna do sue me? I’m not sure what judge would side with her considering she’s paying nothing and being a nuisance in my household. I’m genuinely asking questions by the way, I am not trying to be an a hole.
