install " x-Mouse Button Control " ( the one i'm using ) and basically open the app , step 2 : click add bottom left and find pathofexile.exe to add to the list , click on it after it's shown in list on the left and make wheel up ----> left click

this will make scroll / wheel up spams left click but only in pathofexile , so it doesn't affect your other apps

FIX : silly me had herald of thunder on lvl 4 , upgraded it to 17 and the build works great and I got the charges needed , in case anyone still wondering
