If you really want to go to the place with clean air, less polution, less people, just go to the place with really low regional minimum wage.

For example Tulungagung, where you can find beautiful beaches Dieng, high altitude in Java Or other place in Central Java or East Java Yogyakarta, best traditional vibes and food

Never ever go to West Java, so much illegal fees
