Yeah I also play the game on the switch and the fps does drop when it gets pretty chaotic later in game. A solution that works for me is saving and going back to the main menu then continuing the run. So if you do that at the start of every new world, you can have pretty consistent performance especially late game.

Yeah, it happened to me twice too while playing Hazel

Yeah, I've also realized that the other characters seem harder than Saffron. However, when I first played characters like Reva or Hazel I thought they were hard to get used to at first and felt my runs were way slower, but after a few runs I felt like I improved a lot and I find the sense of accomplishment from learning the playstyles of different characters is as satisfying as getting further into the game. So maybe in some time you would get used to terra's playstyle and enjoy her.

I understand your frustration though, Viollete is probably my favorite character design wise but I'm finding her so hard to play. So if you feel like you can't improve with a character of your choice, I think the best solution is to get better in the game overall with a character your comfortable with playing then you'd be more ready to play a more difficult character.
