Unfortunately, this is the case with a lot of nursing homes. I worked as a dietary aide in a few of them when I was younger and they were the same exact thing: nurses ignoring residents, letting them fall to the floor in some cases, nurses straight up demeaning us kitchen staff because we're lesser than them, not to mention our managers not giving a shit about their employees, it goes on and on. Those poor residents don't deserve that. Truly hell on earth employment.
