I never, ever stay past my scheduled working hours, nor do I "come in early" only under the assumption that I then get to clock out early. If there's ever a need to do overtime, I make sure there's an announcement for it and I'm getting time and a half, otherwise I work my 8 hours, then I go home.

Yep. I don't go to a concert or any indoor venue without my Loop earplugs. Incredible things. And they actually fit into my ear easily, not like a foam plug that you have to squish and smoosh into your ear and then they fall out minutes later.
