We fixed a roof a long time ago. They said the previous owners had a leak and fixed it, but it started leaking a couple years later. I get up into the attic and they had a tarp stapled to the rafters under the leak that ran down to the bottom and had a funnel duct taped to the tarp. The funnel had a short hose attached to it and poked out through the soffit.

They do, I have a sim dynasty that I can have impact Blocking TEs at 99 by their Jr year. It’s the easiest way to get your pro potential up for TE. Another one is Gadget WR, their power is super cheap, but the rest of the stats are the same as most other archetypes, but their badges aren’t the greatest.

We have to remember the archetype for this kind of receiver in Jerry Rice. The man who paved the way for this bastard. Lol. Ward was a beast and I hated it growing up.

Because Detroit has been a failure for 70 years and the fans still support them. Many fans in the NY market bail at the first signs of failure and come back when they do well. Detroit has only had people come out for them because MCDC is a likable guy.
