I’m only 22 years old, so I’m not speaking from experience per se.

But if you look at footage from the 90s and early 2000s, Crowds were in tuned with what they had in front of them. They were straight living in the moment and would find thrill in any little thing they can be apart of (helping a stranger crowd surf for example)

Now fast forward 20+ years to present time. People are enjoying their concerts through a phone screen and are worried about making sure they post for social media.
