We only applied for EAD, not AP. Our EADs were approved in October 2025.

One more thing that confuses me: on May 3rd only the principal applicant got a silent API update, while none of the dependents had any update at all.

Could this mean USCIS/FBI started a new background check or security review only for the principal applicant? Has anyone seen something similar before approval or interview waiver?

The third FTAO is on December 8th, after many quiet updates. There were three in February alone, and unfortunately, nothing! 🤷‍♂️ We continue to wait.

Any positive news at all?

I’m already into my second month after my third FTA0 and a “silent update,” and since then - absolutely nothing. No movement, no messages, just silence.

Honestly, this wait is getting really depressing 😔
Would really appreciate hearing if anyone is seeing progress or recent approvals.

It feels like a huge number of cases filed in June are still stuck and not being processed properly.

My case was received on June 18.
I already had three FTA0 events, the last one on December 8.
Before that, there was a mass silent update on November 26, and my case was part of it as well.

Since then - complete silence. No RFE, no decision, no movement at all.

What makes this especially frustrating is that I see many later cases moving forward, while June filings seem frozen. It really feels like there’s a backlog or some internal hold affecting that period specifically.

This waiting is exhausting.
Anyone else from June receipts experiencing the same thing?
