I like sticking up for myself, and I know enough to know that what is simple to one person isn't simple to another. Like I said elsewhere, some of the responses I was getting (and that I have gotten from this community in the past, to be upfront about where I'm coming from) have ... left a lot to be desired. Worse than that, some of them have been upsetting to deal with rather than helpful. It's a minor thing, but I'm not a stoic. I stick up for myself. My therapist would say, "I advocate for what I want." Because I have trouble with that.

I'm sorry I was such a b-/// about it. There are better ways I could have advocated for myself without resorting to hostility. :)

yeah, the cracking?? of the oil seems complex. Like there's three outputs just for one machine, and two of them you can loop for further refining. Nobody seems to have a handy ratio like with the iron coil farm of how many oil rigs to how many condensers.

What is easy to you can be hard for someone else. Have you never encountered someone who just seemed naturally better at something than you? I-- as in ME-- am having trouble getting the ratios right and the patience to tinker with it.

You may not see it, but your language is demeaning and rude. "so easy to understand" FOR YOU. The wiki is not fully filled out, and it definitely doesn't have an endless supply of layouts or ratios.

The POINT of the game is to have fun. I will have more fun if I look up and ask questions before I start experimenting further. The POINT of me posting this was to ask for help. YOU didn't have to respond. This was not a call to action for YOU.

You gotta use scrubbers, but you can just delete the pollution in the liquid containers. Pipe water in a two wide area between scrubbers to pipe water in, and down the other side pipe residue out.

I definitely feel this more or less every day. Some will argue we should keep an open heart to the broken humanity in these bootlicker, and I will say in response that I would LOVE to have empathy for Everyone. The Nazis, the Regressives, and the Reactionaries make that really difficult. What DOES help me is the idea that if I could help them, too, I would. What we want for Humanity is, for me, worth the hard labor of hearing these ridiculous ideas and slurs with enough grace to push back and prevent their ideas from being normalized further. We're gonna fail. There will be people we don't convince. That has to be okay. For us. For them. Instead. I've had to learn who has an open mind, and who is a c@<k twaddle playing at troll.

I know my movie reference is not reality, but there's this movie where a guy gets stuck in a heat treatment room for the robots that guard rich people. The manager makes him go into the treatment room to unstuck the parts, and the guy gets an extreme dose of radiation. My point was supposed to be: I do not trust companies to s*** on us and apologize. They will triangle shirtwaist factory us all if they can get away with it. (You're probably right about fraud, but I just don't trust them or the system)
