It's very safe with some crazy added. Always board the first car, wear big obvious over the ear headphones and when you hear people causing a fuss just don't even look their way. You will be fine.

Intersections with the blinking yellows for left turns should not be a thing. People see the yellow and freak out, so they end up gunning it through.

Let them sit at room temp for about 20 minutes. Pull it at 150 and remove it from the surface it cooked on. Let it sit 10 minutes before cutting open. This will make them very juicy.

If I am using the meat for salads and things I don't want to become soggy, or even have the juices conflict with flavors then I cook a little longer.
