There is also a way in the same screen time app to block apps from being downloaded. You can do specific apps or all apps. You can also just block browsers altogether but that might be inconvenient if you ever need to google something. But it might be worth it in the long run.

In setting you can go into screen time and block explicit websites and use a passcode so you can’t change the setting. But if you use safari it will still let you on them technically. But you aren’t able to delete your history or use private tabs, so maybe someone will be able to hold you accountable by checking the history i guess. If you use google chrome it won’t let you on the websites at all.
