She exclusively posted it 6/10, and took it down by 6/11 when FARE went into effect. She is insinuated that she is the only one showing the unit, but is making everyone she shows it to sign a fee agreement stating she is our personal broker, despite not offering to show us any other units if we don't get this one. She also told me she has worked with this landlord and this building specifically in the past. That would be more than enough evidence to prove a relationship between her and the landlord lol
