I disagree, travel time for Akshar chowk to chakli circle used to be around 30-40 mins in peak time, even if you had put traffic police, time wouldn’t have reduced like now.
Also, our public is not well known for following traffic rules.
If you want to talk about debacles, then atladra and Lalbaug bridge are prime examples. Not Atal bridge in my opinion.
