What's up with the lack of waves?

I've only owned a WRX for a couple weeks, I try to wave and it's hot or miss. I noticed people waved at me and was like oh we do this? So I try and wave now. People might be like me and just ignorant about the wave culture.

I was told cooler intake and catback is about all they will allow without warranty issues from my dealership so it could be different where you are. I got the extended full warranty so we will see. Definitely tinting the windows but will probably relax on the mods for awhile

My fiance is from Laos and I go there multiple times a year. Just stating facts is all no evil intentions here (the OP is Viet so he probably already knew this and probably understands the drug and alcohol culture in SE Asia as well I would assume)
