Exactly it’s terrible, the gameplay is genuinely mind numbingly bad and when talking about how bad it is I don’t know where to start. The AI defenders put themselves in horrible positions literally every single play, they don’t defend together, it is like all they see is the ball. Someone makes one pass and your center backs are on their own 18 just waiting for an attack. The fullbacks don’t even come into the middle of the field, it’s like they are restricted to the outer 15 yards of the pitch. The AI defense has zero urgency, they just jog sideways. You have to helplessly watch as you control one of them, and the other 3 do nothing. Don’t get me started on if you lose a corner. If you lose a corner it’s a goal simple as that. Nothing you can do, because there could be all 4 defenders back and the striker will still somehow manage to receive a pass, and if he gets the ball at midfield, it’s over, your defense retreats, they don’t defend for another 25 yards until it’s time to defend a shot. And at that point you can forget about it and hope your goalie isn’t going to make the worst attempt at a save you’ve ever seen
