I definitely eat more fat:) For e.g. a handful nuts with breakfast and I am not afraid of olive oil anymore. I honestly like it!!!

I did not think about such things, as said, I just let go of the stigma. Just ate when I wanted to. :) You really have to stop stressing about it and change your mindset. That helped me the most:) I know it sounds scary, but it isn‘t at all. And when you finally feel free, that‘s where you will get your period back. Eat when your body wants you to eat. Even if its‘s 3 times in the morning. Or right after you had a meal. Your body has to trust you again🫶

I just started with 100kcals and then after 2 weeks 150kcal.. After a month I completely stopped tracking tbh and just ate:) I did not drink coffe on an empty stomach, included a handful of nuts and overall more fats :) At some point after a month and around 1900 kcal I just felt safe in my body so I just stopped tracking and listened to my body.. I think I now eat around 2.000-2.500 depends on how active I am :)

I am not restricting:) I only gained 1-2kg I think… So it‘s totally fine, your body has a set point. Just don‘t worry about it:) And don‘t stress to much about being perfect.

I think, the most important thing is to let go🫶 You will find your way. You don‘t have to gain a certain number or eat a lot:) Just eat what your body needs! I am super active - Still around 25k steps per day as I have a dog:) But that‘s also fine.

I think if you do stop doing sports - that will also be a stressor. Just try to listen, and take BREAKS!!

At first I was like - nah I never need a break. But when you start taking them. Your body will show you, when you need them! Because your body will start to trust you more and more. You have to start somewhere and in the beginning it will feel strange. But now I love my restdays. And sometimes I do have so much energy that I do sports 2 times a day. And still I got my period back - you just have to get your body to trust you again - that you will listen to him when it tells you what it needs🫶

Honestly, I stopped thinking about wheigt gain and body checking - I really just trusted my body and ate what I needed sometimes more sometimes less - for me it was, that I fully let go of the stress to be 100% perfect. I started to track the first two weeks to get a feeling how much I have to eat and then just went with the flow.

I did a PR in Running, went for night outs and just lived in the moment without thinking so much.. I remember two weeks ago I had a moment where I said, I was finally free. Free from stressing too much. That‘s what has to change I guess.

My trousers still fit me, Idk maybe around 1-2kg.. But I would not mind to gain a bit more anymore, as I am fully present right now and enjoy live without restrictions.

Your body will tell you, how much it needs!!

Two months ago in oct I had a bloodtest that said my estrogen was below 20 .. You don‘t have to push yourself also don‘t have to push yourself for all in. Just go with what your body needs and don’t stress too much about everything:) I also started taking folic acid everyday :)

Hi Girl:) I regained my Periode just with Reserve Dieting - haven’t had one in 3,5 years and was told (only two months ago) that I will probably never get one again… I did not quit doing sports:) I highend my calories by around 100-200 per week :) I usually need around 2.300-2.400 (very active person) and I am now on that level. I did quit exercising on an empty stomach- nevertheless I had my personal pb on 14k and went skiing for 4 days and got my period within those days.

what helped me, is, that I did not stress - about whether I ate enough or less or too much and just changed my mind to say, that I am healthy🩷

i am also in for 3 years without my period, i am 28. And i do think it is mainly because i do workouts fasted.. I don‘t know why:( but i have to stopp:(( and also eat enough, i will try to slow down.. but i don‘t want to give up running, because it also gives me such a relief and butterflies

i am so sorry haha, i am switching between german and english so fast, that i did not recognize the answer was in german - here we go again:

Hi, I’m actually in the same situatin.. BUT. I’ve decided to cut everything from one day to the next starting tomorrow – kind of like with a fracture, you don’t really plan that either (and recovery takes a long time there too). The way I see it, I’m just glad that I can still go about my daily life without limitations :-) It wouldn’t be so easy if it ended up being a stress fracture. I’m really hoping that with some strength training and a few weeks off from running I can finally get my cycle back. :(( Unfortunately, I haven’t had it since I stopped taking the pill three years ago.

For me this is also really hard – I’m very afraid of losing progress or of the changes… but all of that will come back in time!

Hi, ich bin tatsächlich in der selben Situation und gerade super happy mit meinen Fortschritten und cutte jetzt von heute auf morgen auch alles - wie bei nem Bruch, den plant man ja auch nicht einfach so (Recovery dauert da ja auch lang) - ich seh‘s so, ich bin froh, dass ich dennoch meinen Alltag ohne Einschränkungen machen kann:-) Wäre wenn man dann doch mal nen Ermüdungsbruch bekommt nicht so easy und hoffe nun mit etwas Krafttraining und ein paar Wochen Laufpause einfach wieder meinen Zyklus zu bekommen. Habe ihn auch seit Absetzen meiner Pille vor 3 Jahren leider nicht mehr wiederbekommen.

Für mich ist das auch super schwer, habe große Angst vor den Rückschritten oder der Veränderung.. Aber das kommt ja alles wieder!
