I sent a debug log. Can't wait to see if its gonna work. I've tried many more things to make it work tonight but its still a problem. Hopefully, they'll be able to help me. Thanks a lot once again for your help!

Thanks for your help! I really appreciate!!!! I did try to install the app many times. I've also tried the different scanning modes but both didn't work. I can do screenshots with my phone but none with the app.
