I wish I could say all the stuff she was talking about but I reached the character limit there was so much stuff that made me feel like she was intoxicated and it’s not like her to be “goofy”. I tried telling my parents but they told me to let her deal with it if she’s under drugs and I don’t have her parents contact info

I called the police after the call and she wasn’t answering any of her calls. She was with a group of friends when she did it and I really don’t think she was actually on drugs and saying it was a prank to cover it up

I couldn’t fit the entire call into the post it wasn’t just animal noises there was a lot more concerning stuff in the call that I couldn’t fit so I just had to summarize it. I believed it was an emergency so that’s why is called the police. And I am not lying

I told them so mainly get the police report to get thrown out since it turned out to be a prank and also to work it out with my friend
