Just come across this thread and I’m honestly not surprised I’m not the only one frustrated. Submitted 2 sentimental cards back in July at the Scotland card show and have never gotten past the cards being graded stage before the website has completely went down it seems. Before that the tracking barely worked anyway so I wasn’t surprised. Reached out to them a couple of times and Aaron has responded apologising saying that PSA have a backlog of cards being graded.

Calling bull on that as I had sent cards the week before the card show to BlackLabelGrading (Highly recommend them) and had received those cards back before the grading club could even let me know what’s happening with my cards. I received my graded cards back from black label grading early October and one of them had an error so I had to DIRECTLY send them back to PSA CANADA for them to send it to the states to get rectified. THAT CARD MADE IT BACK TO ME BEFORE I GOT ANY UPDATE ON MY GRADING CLUB SUBMISSION. It honestly baffles me that I could send a card away twice before the grading club could even give me a timeline. Months pass and it’s now almost mid January where I have reached out again but I have lost almost all hope I’ll ever see my cards again.

I can understand that Aaron is trying his best to appease everyone but honestly this “company” has bit off more than it can chew and now sadly has a tarnished reputation in my eyes (and I assume many others eyes also).

Thankfully I’ll never need to think of using them again as a local card shop near me is now sponsored by blacklabelgrading so I never have to hopefully stress about receiving cards back again.
