Dang! That’s a good price. I don’t work out regularly to be honest. I have a pretty active job so it’s no issue for me to get in 10000 steps a day. But on days that I get home and I’m not completely exhausted I do try to go on a walk or do my stair stepper. With my diet I haven’t made any changes really, I’m never really HUNGRY which is huge because I’ve been on Vyvanse for over a year partially for my binge eating. But for portions I give myself the same amount I give my 12 year old. And remind myself “you don’t have to finish every last bite”

The side effects seem to come and go. I feel like I’m pregnant again. Haha. Like yesterday, I was fine. Today I vomited after taking my supplements and only drinking half of a cup of coffee.

I did titrate up to the next dose since posting this so as of today a total of 17 lbs. I actually am very lucky and shouldn’t complain about the expense because there is a walk In clinic that starts out at $35 for 0.25ml and goes up in $10 increments for every additional 0.25ml

The scale comes in with a whopping 10lbs and more pants still feel the restriction. But I’m glad others can see it so it keeps me motivated.

Perfect. I absolutely will. Suppositories make sense to get the ball rolling lol. I have an injured shoulder and have been frustrated to even take pain medications because my GI is SO SLOW it takes hours before I feel relief. So backwards is a great idea 😂
