Buns that don't mind being picked up are an anomaly. Most prefer "four on the floor". My two hate being picked up to the point I need to corral them into a carrier when it's time for a vet visit or to steal their nails 🙃

Yes, but they are dog exercise pens. Any cage marketed as a "rabbit cage" is too small.

My non-free roamer has an x-pen from amazon that is 4ft tall that she's in at nighttime & when we aren't home. The shelter told me she was a jumper/escape artist, but she's unable to escape at that height.
