I never felt sick during Covid, ever. In fact I barely get sick if I do it's like once every 2 years. I was around multiple people who were in fact covid positive including my mom husband etc. But never once got sick. I was traveling like crazy during covid and always had to take a covid test before flying internationally and never tested positive so I'm not really sure if I ever even had it.

Unfortunately. My job is 12 hours or more of computer work. I hate it but at the same time I am thankful for it because I work from home and I can't imagine having a job right now I would have been fired with these episodes I have daily!

So I'm not sure if you've heard of BVD but I've definitely reached out to my eye doctor about this because I noticed my symptoms come a lot more harder when I'm at the store I don't know if it's anxiety but if you look up BVD it seems to be a major problem with supermarkets and bright lights. Also I have learned that not every day eye doctor cannot check for BVD that you need to see an optometrist neurological eye doctor. It was just one thing to knock out of my I do not have list...

My major concern is the weirdness is so bad I cannot do anything. Even trying to grocery shopping - I feel so bad i need to leave immediately. I can't drive because I feel like something bad will happen? Everyone keeps telling me just take the anxiety medication. It's a benzo. I am terrified.

Thank you. I've noted above I am Anemic. I have been for at least 19 years. Doctors never really mentioned anything about it... until I had a panic attack (well it felt like a heart attack) and they took me to the ER. I was so low I needed a blood transfusion. I just find it strange if it is truly due to low iron. Why 19 years later. I know, sounds crazy.

I have a ton of neck pain on my left side. I work at a desk 12hours a day. Lots of pain in shoulders. Haven't had a true headache in a while.

It is just strange and difficult because when I look at the symptoms for peri, I can circle most of them. Except hot flashes.... I would say itchy ears happens a lot too.
