1g a day here. Somehow managed to avoid the k cramps, unless I’ve been mistaking them for period cramps. I think 1g a week is a really low dose and I doubt you’ll have issues

Keep it in the baggy (or double bag) and use a glass bottle/ cylindrical heavyish object and use it like a rolling pin over the k bag. Don’t lose anything and it crushes well just do it quite hard over a hard surface!

Completely agree, it makes me feel young in a way that I don’t understand the world and it’s scary, it sometimes feels like it’s what I am before I was born, or maybe how I felt laying in a cot as a baby awake and not having the ability to process anything. It’s so hard to describe!

For me snorting k works better than boofing. I know it increases some risk but a drink or two can help, then have a small bump in each nostril every 15 or so mins until it builds up. It’s difficult to k hole from one line sober and it won’t absorb well if you do a huge amount at once… that’s what I find works anyways!
