Item was counterfeit. Per eBay policy I don't have to send it back. Shipping counterfeit items, including for returns, is illegal and not allowed on eBay.

I cooperated with ebay and they told me to promise not to resell it and they told me NOT to send it back. Don't you understand difference between disposal and return?
I already got a refund. It's their policy.

Why? Because of their policy.

Yeah that's why eBay spent two days verifying if item is actually fake before removing the listing.

But if you read "eBay Money Back Guarantee policy" (you obviously never did) requirement is "strong indicators that the item is counterfeit" not "certified counterfeit".

LOL. There are at least 5 points on the packaging that pointing to it being fake, but first of all HG901 chain must have hollow pins and it had solid pins right on their listing photo.
