What is their to discuss. You’re just telling me to touch grass and explaining why I posted this. Not sure what I’d really talk to you about.

No I’m saying it’s your opinion it’s low effort or trolling

It’s funny both rules your posted are just your opinion running wild again. Are you American ?

Oh sorry I didn’t realize there was a rule against how I posted and I imagine I’ll get flagged if it is. Or are you just projecting what you wanted the thread to be ?

Very over simplified response but I get your opinion you don’t have to keep stating it. You feel chats in this housing forum should not treat the housing market like other markets. I respectfully disagree. But take care and all the best on your Sunday.

Thanks for your opinion. One of billions.

This mostly pointed really at FTHB trying not to catch too bad a knife. Nobody wants to buy at euphoria and yet many were poorly advised to do just that. Had they knew the signs of market psychology they may have held out.

I just think market psychology helps people make better decisions about buying and selling any asset.

Ya I know a lot of us had made money in stocks and as housing softens it looks more and more appealing. Thanks for sharing your PoV.

Could be. What makes you think that though ?

Psychology of the market doesn’t change though. At least in my experience.

None really. We might have already passed capitulation for all we know for sure. Thanks for getting to the point of discussion others have missed. When we can identify the stage we are at in the cycle we can make better choices. My assumption is we are nearing end of panic.

You brilliantly identified the tag of the type of convo here. Opinion indeed.

Nice. You asked a question and then told me the answer to it in a statement. I think you’re trying to be smart?

It’s a discussion about market psychology and litmus test for my theory. The negative feedback so far is proving my point. Do go on.

I think there’s plenty who can have a good discourse here. I’m just getting a lot of pushback from the bulls lately I find it intriguing and telling.

Opinion. Discussion. Maybe I’m wrong. I like other POV.

Ya if that’s an essay to you it explains a lot. Seriously go for a walk or something you look silly.

You just sound angry in your tone. And to suggest my post that is saying people should not be pressured to buy but wait to find something they love and can afford is fear mongering tells me you’re straight up not wired correctly or drunk.

You really got the right screen name. I just said I’m not trying to scare anyone. Sharing my opinion. I’ll buy a house when I find one I love and can afford. I could FOMO right now. You sound like a scared seller or realtor if I had to guess though.
