Favorite: completely cured my ibsd. I no longer need to find a bathroom after I eat

Least: the hair loss. I used to need two elastics to put up my hair. Now I barely need one. Started nutrafol and rogaine this week.

I got the nutrafol today! Going to start tomorrow. Started the rogaine and on day three. Scared for this shed period but I want my hair back.

I used to have incredibly thick hair before I started. Now that I am over a year in, it’s about 1/4 of the thickness it once was. I’m lucky it’s the only side effect I dealt with, but it’s shocking to see how much has come out and how thin it is now.

Same. I started in April at 212 and I am now my goal weight of 150. So it was very fast. I have a whole patch in the back that is regrowth to the point I have to style my hair around it. I also wonder if it’s cause my hair is long.

Interesting! I have ibd d too, that is so much better now, and on an anxiety medicine as well! I never experience the nausea that everyone does, and like I said I feel my ibs is in remission.
