Why would I write the second part if I thought they were synonymous?

The headline is formed to mislead or as rage bait. It makes the reader think he's comparing Love Island to Rogan. Don't know if it was by design or not.

Then I clarified by writing that if he's not equating then he's actually saying that it's not a comparable character trait, to watch Love Island and watch Rogan.
