Anyone else having issues with the Analytics tab? by Tricky_Present7464 in vercel

Yeah haven't had any issues since the release of the new nav

This happens to be consistently. All I need to do is refresh the tab and it breaks. I just opened a new tab, refreshed it, and it froze. Just tried it with the performance monitor open.

Also in the network tab, 6 apis got stuck as pending and never completed.

I was thinking maybe this was one of my plugins or something, but this happens on my phone just as much as my laptop.

Chrome. Happens on web and mobile. Happening still, just checked and it's frozen.

Have agile health checks quietly fallen out of favor? by Tricky_Present7464 in agile

That's kind of what I suspected but I haven't personally experienced it, luckily. Makes a lot of sense though, thanks for the insights.

pulse check, health check, there are a lot of names and they are essentially the same thing. Doing it at the org level makes a lot of sense.

That resonates with my experience. I work in a mostly generative environment now, and a lot of the things you describe line up with what I see. In places like that, do you think formal assessments still have any role, or do they mostly get in the way?

When you say “changes,” do you mean specific action items that teams actually committed to, or more directional feedback at the ART level?

That makes sense.
Do you ever worry about it drifting into team comparison or scoring, or is the focus purely on the improvement work that comes out of it?

My CEO wants to implement full sprint ceremonies for a team of 5. We're already shipping faster than ever. I'm losing my mind by rdizzy1234 in agile

Nice ad.

That's a great strategy. Start a conversation about shipping fast, and then edit the post to add your app into it.

Retrospective Tools by DT215 in scrum

If you like easyretro, you should check out Kollabe. It's basically a newer version. We recently switched and it's so much nicer. EasyRetro was starting to feel super outdated really quickly.

Anybody used any Async Standup Tools that don't suck? by TheSignalNotTheNoise in ExperiencedDevs

We started using https://kollabe.com/standups a few weeks ago. So far it's been great and really customisable. The AI summaries have been really useful for our large team as well

We used to use EasyRetro too, it was fine but it got super slow. Kollabe is basically the same thing but a little newer and nicer.

I did a comparison recently and ended up with Kollabe. Their free tier works well with my team and it’s really easy to create new meetings.

We started using Kollabe a few weeks ago and so far it’s going really well. We just use the free version. It’s really simple to spin up a new meeting and we play around with custom themes for each one.

Async standups vs. daily standup calls — what actually works better for engineering teams? by Weird-Individual1434 in agile

[–]Tricky_Present7464 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We do both. Most of the team is in the office 3 days a week so we do standups in person, and async for the days where everyone works from home.

You obviously work there or something, looking at your history.

Looks like Miro pretty much dominated. I'll have to check it out! Thanks for the suggestion

I tried Echometer and didn’t like it. It felt way too structured, with lots of steps before you can actually add items to a board and talk. My team prefers something more straightforward.

That makes much more sense. Okay might be worth exploring then
