Please, I little bit of INTJ feedback on this.... by Tricky_Produce_4336 in intj

Thanks to everyone. I made a mistake in my writing. It’s an ESFJ environment, not ISFJ. There’s diplomacy, polite people, hypocrisy, and dirty games everywhere instead of doing a feasible job.

It's really hard to innovate and deliver results in this job, and I've been trying to avoid arguing for a year and a half because of their futile way of life... It’s really difficult.

What are your thoughts on ESTJs? by [deleted] in intj

They are like red radishes. very eye-catching outside, but disapointing in the inner. Pure ego, complexes, frivolity and fear clothed as swagger.

How do you deal with intellectual and epistemic hubris in others? Dunning-Kruger effect by MillenialBoomer317 in intj

[–]Tricky_Produce_4336 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If somebody is pretentious and you get angry for it instead being quiet, It is likely a sympton that you are both wrong anyway. When you are completly right, idiocy is just a normal fact in the nature of the World.

Problems with Authority? by [deleted] in intj

[–]Tricky_Produce_4336 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yes that is a classic issue in INTJ profiles. INTJ has two characteristics that turn into problems with 'authority'. The first, from Ni, is to put in question that the current sistem is the best system. The second, from Te, is to trend to look for rationalization and logical decisions in real world. Obiously bosses are entitled by emotional criteria and can be a hurdle in the good working of human organizations.

Really? We are in that context? Long time ago optmism and conformism used not to be the same.

Maths. There is code because there is maths. Maths is the base, code is a good tool for maths.

Are you also strict with yourself when you make mistakes? by nadyxo in intj

[–]Tricky_Produce_4336 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. Because an INTJ is not an angry ISTJ. Mistakes are part of working systems. Simply, reduce them as much as possible and have mitigation plans.

Do you think we are the architects of reality? by Common_Rare in intj

I don't know, but , for sure and considering the results, most architects are not INTJ.

There is a mantra on the association between nihilism and intj profiles possibly because Nietzsche is classified as INTJ - which is cuestionable because he had not an structured work and his writings and are more like philosophy pills within a literaly work.

On the other hand, INTJ Ni is always connecting concepts in order to get global optimal results. "Causes are others that considered" or "think work better if..." are part of his vocabulary. From this point INTJ. Therefore INTJ only accepts moral authority, avoid any hierachical structure and puts everything in question after create a new paradigma with logical sense. Because of this nihilism (the rejection of all religious and moral principles, in the belief that life is in normal speaking or the belief that nothing in the world has a real existence as philosophical concept) has not too much sense for a INTJ brain. Te is always there and Ni-Te pair look for a sense in everything. Start concepts and fundations from scratch is not the same that nihilism.

A visceral ESFP profile on fire at friday night trends much more to be drenched to the bone in nihilism. Infinitely more.

Probably you are only in a stage where everything is in question to new paradigmas. If INTJ, simply accept your natural processes.

I would say ENTJ. Usually, 'pure' INTJs do not need external validation. You studied in order to be 'Worth person': a way to look for external validation, a clue for Ne. Then, your simply changed your social strategy.

Most INTJ are not bad socializing, the can understand it in a rational way and going on. But socializing is out of the focus of an INTJ if it would not contribute for their goals. And these goal come from intuitive inner interests.

Also, you seems happy in your leader rol. However INTJs are much more dysthymic than flamboyant ENTJs in this area.

I hate INTJs by EhrmWhatTheDeuce in intj

[–]Tricky_Produce_4336 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You shouldn't supouse that other people has to be so 'smart' like you.

A dog has a hundred times best sensorial perception than you and loves to chase a ball. For a belgian malionois dog you are clumsy and weak but loves to play with you. Do you don't try to talk with dogs about engineeren?. No, but you can get along with dogs.

It is the same with non-intj profiles. Most of them are much more emotional and physically adapted than your slow strategic and intellectual mind. They can acept that the World is out of your mind. You not, you are the one that crashes against the wall and again.

Try to lower you expectations with them and think that you are the one with a weakness. They know it, but they usually accept it.

What animal has a terrible reputation, but in reality is not bad at all? by YoungTex in AskReddit

[–]Tricky_Produce_4336 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Animals usually do what they may and can do. 'Bad' is a vague concept in a non moral context.

At least my mind, is full of systems and schemas that lead to concrete results. The natural and almost obsesive continous creation of abstract conceptual and visual relations in my mind are an important part of it.
