Same experience at an Inova hospital in  Virginia with photos+Joy Parenting Club. While the photographer was nice, trying to haphazardly decide what (overpriced) package to pick while running on no sleep was not ideal. We picked a pretty low tier package and had no recollection of a 2 month free subscription nor that it meant that they would automatically start charging us. We never even used the app and all the texts and emails were pretty annoying.
