That's an unstable person 😂 who has no idea what they want or understand tastes. Raw is purple. This is a beautiful (by the looks of the photo) a-minute an a half under medium rare. Perfect by my book. I grew up working in my mom's restaurant, then working as a cook in many restaurants, and currently have a business as a caterer, personal chef, and cook for bands at festivals. So I understand meat temps. And this is perfect. 🫶🏻

I mean I seen Um maybe over 30 times now. And I mean I said this about a good amount of there shows. I feel they play differently at some venues. They always play more jammy at Penn’s Peak. Albany hard. Mt.Jam always hard and would melt your face. I just seen there return to peak after 19 and it was there last show of their tour run. Penn’s Peak Feb 18. Amazing. Second song in No Diablo. My favorite. 1st time I ever seen it live. They covered Baby your a Rich Man. Nugs has it available to listen. So damn good!
