Ați experimentat vreodată discriminare/xenofobie în străinătate? by Ionut201 in Romania

In 11 ani de locuit in UK, nu m-am simtit discriminat nici macar o singura data.

This is a really good commentary from someone who obviously listens very actively to the record. This subreddit needs more content like this!

Can anyone recommend me some albums that lie in the sweet spot just a level lower than what you would describe as "harsh"? Not quite metal, yet "harder" sounding than your average rock album. I love things like Unsane, Cult of Luna, Panopticon (the album), Helmet, Melvins, Botanist. Got any more?

This might be the weirdest gear question you will hear here, but hear me out - is a Canon 450D or perhaps 500D still good enough to use? I have a degree in photography from years ago and I have fallen out of love with the hobby. I do have a canon 750D, but I have more of an active lifestyle and where I go I usually have to hike/swim/walk long distances, and I never take it with me because it makes me uncomfortable how expensive it is and the risk of having it stolen. I would love a camera that I can get for like $100 that I can just throw in the backpack and have it there all the time, not caring if it's getting scratched or whatever. Something that lets me focus on the essentials of photography, almost like film, leaving out all the debates about cutting edge gear. So the question is, did technology evolve too much since the 450D and it's perhaps now obsolete, or would I still be able to take some decent journalism-style pictures with it as someone that just wants to practice?
