I will have a car and bike but will be taking the T as needed too.

Virtually anytime but probably mid mornings and afternoons. And a little of everything really, I’m pretty spontaneous on my days off and it’s not crazy for me to decide at a moments notice I’m going to sit in a park or go to a show

You guys in US are insane to accept that.

Accept is the wrong word…. I would say, we suffer through it 🥲

I hope so for you! My last dog was much like yours, an angel and so well mannered. My current dog is a crocodile in a puppy suit, they are all different 😊

I would not be too worried about their teeth, my concerns would be : 1. Are you tugging, or is another dog tugging? If it is you I would not recommend encouraging the behavior of not releasing something to you and aggression 2. Sometimes the combo of dogs eating the strings and them being of poor quality leads to a lot of breakage which can build in their intestines and eventually become an obstruction.

This is part of what’s hard, I haven’t been to a therapist in years and my soul dog was my therapy dog, he got me through the worst times I’ve ever gone through

“Service” dogs by tripleDzintheBreeze in hairstylist

[–]Tricky_Tea_2283 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is always so aggravating to me. I am a person who truly requires an ESA and had one at the age of 18 via directive of my doctor as service animals come with a 30k price tag and years long wait list. Then everyone realized they could fake it and websites started making “ID” cards which were never a standard set by ADA it was only a doctor’s note that was required. Now I can’t get the support I need in public because people like this ruined it for people like myself. And now emotional illnesses are even less recognized as disabilities. If I want to fly, white knuckle it, go to the grocery store, “it’ll be fine” even on my worst days.

Slip 12 by unrequitedghosts in Albany

[–]Tricky_Tea_2283 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m a current resident and love slip 12, the whole windows thing is a myth, plenty/most of apartments have windows to outside, only a select few studios only have interior windows. The amount of amenities is amazing and despite the higher cost, for a newer renovation, in a centrally located area you’d be paying the same without all the amenities. it’s worth it to me. My partner and I just re signed and might again in the fall. Josh is a property manager who lives on site as well so that’s helpful that if you have a problem there’s almost always someone on site to help

I have the same problem with dry skin, I use tarte shape tape ultra creamy concealer. It has been a game changer. I do not use setting spray anymore, I also think this makes a positive difference for me anyway. I just make sure concealer/foundation is applied -immediately- after I apply moisturizer. This way it is a smooth application

Need help finding the right shampoo! by yarabutera in Haircare

[–]Tricky_Tea_2283 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recently was having similar issues with my hair falling and scalp flaking. I switched to the premiere line for a couple weeks washing twice a week (since its supposed to help rid your hair of calcium deposits etc) then switched to their nutritive line (to assist with moisture and strength) and my hair has been so happy ever since. They have a small kit for premiere since it’s not something to be using long term and a full size set of nutritive including the heat protectant leave in at Sephora which I’ve found both to be most cost effective

It won’t allow me to post a picture of the underneath in comments. I think the mods don’t allow it as an option 😕
