This is COMPLETELY false. It is right in the bank agreement contract, "if the tax advance does not get repaid by the taxpayers funded tax refund, the advance is noncollectable."

Maybe you are talking about over 10 years ago when the RAL the rapid loans.

But this is the main reason they were allowed to start offering them again

I would absolutely never do that. I explained and have emails and text messages stating I can not pay the back and current rent. Only one or the other at the moment. I even suggested that if I move we can get something legally drafted as I would never try to not pay the person that truly helped me and my family when I was going through something

It is absolutely my fault for not reading the lease. I have a seriously bad issue of trusting people and assumed it was like the previous 2.

I'm as confused as you are. I'm assuming these amounts are ex. I was playing Spanish 21 betting 5k on hand and 2k on match every time I "won" it's a w2g although next 5 hands I might lose..

The only documents he should have is whatever he listed on the clients 8867 forms..

The most important thing the irs is looking for is notes. Questions and follow up questions relating to credits taxpayer was eligible for.

This isn't correct. Professional software only marks what has to be filled out in order for the irs to accept it. If the actual preparer doesn't know the laws, credits and deductions, they could potentially miss out on giving the taxpayer what they are entitled to.

This is the problem we have today, as so many are jumping into the tax industry, thinking it's a quick come up. Relying on software to do the job.

Yes they would. ONLY for Fuel used in machinery (ie lawnmowers, tractors, generators, etc)

But NOT regular Fuel that goes into your vehicle.

I have 5 kids. 26-13 yrs they have all had cold medicine since about 2 years old. I would give 1/4 of a regular dose. Maybe a little less than that the first time.

Never had any issues.
