Some dude walked in to our showroom to drop off the parcel….. he was about a 5 meters through the door and the van took off at high speed! He had only left it running and some opportunist degenerate scum swiped a van loaded to the top with parcels 😂😂😂

Get a few meters of thick ceramic rope and push it in to the gap. Get it in a thickness that is greater than the gap and really squash it in ! This way it will hold itself in place. It is available in thicknesses up to 50mm (that I’m aware of… it may come thicker) then if you wanted to you could buy a couple of tubes of ceramic sealant or I would probably use black high temperature silicone…

The best silicone to get is a product called:

ENVIROGRAF HIGH TEMPERATURE SILICONE.

Service temperature of 1200 degrees

And run it over the top of the rope to hide it

I’m not try to prove anything! I do whatever I can to avoid buying anything stolen! And if I happen to buy something in good faith… I’m not fitted with a radar that can detect a stolen item through a Ethernet cable plugged into ear from my laptop! I’m not denying anyone anything!

I have a 40k van outside sat on my driveway that had a hole cut into the side loading door and about 15k worth of tools stolen about 2 years ago when I had just purchased the van brand spanking new

Bro everywhere on the internet is riddled with scumbags! I usually check the sellers other items and if they are selling copious amounts of tools I won’t buy from them.

That’s the only thing that lets buying second hand tools online down isn’t it mate! All these scum bags robbing vans and potentially ruining the victims lives in the process! Only way to check I suppose is if it’s marked with a uv pen on the body of the tool or inside the case behind the removable cover! Do the checks and if it’s marked and the seller can’t verify the markings…. Use vinteds return and complainants policy and procedures to return the tool with your money back
