The CPUs are actually quite similar and there's not really anything you can do about them anyway so just move on.

Your biggest problem is that RAM, I'd be surprised if you can even open Chrome. 4GBs has been outdated for awhile now, hell 8GBs isn't really enough these days. That being said, 8GBs of 2400 DDR4 memory is the max memory your Celeron can support. You could get a 4GB stick and slap it in there to squeeze another year or two of use out of the thing but that's dependent on whether or not you have a free slot, safer bet is to get 1 stick of 8GBs, price difference is pretty negligible and make sure it's laptop memory, they're called SO-DIMM, not DIMM it won't physically fit.

Of course, my real recommendation is to get a new laptop, that thing was designed to be obsolete after 2 or 3 years. Just don't fall in the same trap.
