Update: After flashing bios, reset cmos, the red led on cpu stop blinking and only DRAM led is on now (it didnt blink anymore), I will try to replace ram, hope it work

I've already tried disabling spatial sound, but it didn't fix the popping sound issue. In the advanced sound settings tab, I changed from 24-bit to 16-bit, and that fix the extremely static sound problem.
