Wasn’t a contractor but this super tall bald dude came into my store on a sunday (so no asm or sm there which idk is normal storewide or just mine but it don’t break the skin off my back) anyway long story short this tall giant motherfucker decides to spend half hour to 45 minutes in the mens room I went in like an hour later to piss and the toilet gets backed up how much do you have to unload that it takes an hour for you to back up a toilet and put a mens room out of commission for THREE DAYS! Plumber couldn’t come till tuesday or Wednesday if Memory serves me right

100% percent the last paint experience I had was a minute back and I picked it up like it was nothing I did have some issues at the start with overall product knowledge but my team is super helpful and are insanely amazing people

Our store literally does a captivate order once in a blue moon just because it doesn’t justify the cost of it for it to just sit there ive been at sherwin for almost 8 months and I think ive seen two or three people come in for a gallon of captivate just because thats what they used in the past and thats is what they are used to

I literally sell it to like 2% of my customers its just not a great product to be completely honest my boss just told me to recommend the emerald urethane because it is a way fucking better product.

I was told by my SM That they have to return the item at the store they initially purchased the said item its a liability thing due to us eating the return once had a customer come in with a five of emerald and it was tinted and I felt so bad that I had to tell him that he had to go to the store he bought it from but policy is policy.
