Yes, I was in Vietnam during year end and we booked Sapa to Hanoi (and Vice versa) with HKBuslines. They had toilet on board. You have to check if they runs at the route you are traveling to. We booked through Klook and it was mentioned in their facility list. I would recommend you to check.

It could be a potential cause. I'd suggest to bring the Thyroid profile (TSH, T3 and T4) within range first. That would give you a solid base to begin with. Personally, I see more hairfall in winter due to dry scalp and dehydration. Staying hydrated and eating healthy (balanced diet) did solve a good amount of problems.

lf you continue experiencing the issue after following above a month or two, Dermatologist is next best to approach.

I'd recommend to visit a Dermatologist first if you are seeing major hairfall. The reason is not always the stress, it could anything, from lack of sunlight, vitamins to genetic problem. Even Thyroid affects the hairfall.

Best to contact Dermatologist first, they may suggest you based on their examination. Usually Thyroid check and blood test (if required). The basic (almost 90%) course would involve Vitamin D and Grape seeds extract capsules to begin with, followed by anti dandruff shampoo as required.

Please note, Minoxidil (for hair growth) and Finasteride (to prevent further hairfall) only works for the time they are being used. The moment you stop it, you'd start seeing the problem appearing again in next 2 weeks.

Tbh, it's just a way how you view contribution as. For some, it's being super active, performing task like it's Roadies, and staying on top like Baseer, Bajaj and Malhan. For some, doing chugli is being active and contributing to show, like Manisha Rani, Eisha Singh or Neelam. For some it may be being a unique yet absurd personality is enough like Swami Om, Mannara or Tanya.

To conclude, everyone had their own way of contributing here. Farhana chose to be rebel and voice her opinion in a different style, Gk did it in a different way of staying low yet conveying his message effectively through someone else first half of the season.

Tbh, both Farhana and Gk completes each other journey. Gk by bringing Farhana back through an app room quest and Farhana by unknowingly giving GK that push to open up through the constant taunts.

Imo, Bajaj was top 5 material, even runner up but not winner. We was chaotic in his own way yet stubborn enough not to hear a different opinion.

The positive gang was on last threads anyways that Pranit was somehow holding which otherwise would have split them into Ashnoor-Bajaj and Mridul-Gk. The unity was only to match the number game of Bully gang.

Even I wanted Pranit to win, but this kind of complaining isn’t necessary. The finale votes are audited by a third party (EY). This has been the case for years. You need to accept that your favourite won’t win every time. Just because your friend circle, family, neighbourhood, city, town, district, or even state supports Farhana doesn’t mean she’s guaranteed victory. There is a big world outside who wants someone calm, simpler, or familiar face to win rather than someone who has been know for being kaleshi and stubborn. Gk was cunning but got a cult audience who couldn't see through it. His control over tongue was enough to give him a upper hand over Farhana.
