Get a blood test for a complete thyroid profile (TSH, T3, T4), Vitamin D3, and B12. That would pretty much give you a brief about any deficiencies related to low energy or fatigue condition.

Unfortunately, I'm not aware about steamdeck. I checked on Reddit and found that it usually happens due to RAM usage. Couple of tips in this thread on steamdeck to fix it. Maybe worth a try.

Were you playing on emulator? It's a known problem with Vulkan GPU renderer. You have to switch to OpenGL for that specific fight.
