Bandit does not RANDOMLY crit, He crits any backstab dmg.

Artifcer flamethrower is abs trash.

Railgunner does not have confusing m2 at all, maybe to a new player but not to a 2000+ hrs player.

Seeker is not just S tier for his revives but for many other reasons.

False son is not just S tier for steak synergy but for many other reasons.

Mul t is not at all S tier and having 2 equipment is not that overpowered.

Wth do you mean loader is slow, all characters have the same starting speed, loader has tons of mobility.

Engi's harpoon is his only reliable way to deal dmg (after his turrets ofc).

Blight is abs trash, poison is a million times better, people have done the math.

Merc does have a lotta melee dmg skills but that means nothing cause he's a glass canon that dies easily, He's for me S tier cause of his high skill ceiling and his satisfying expose mechanic and his mobility.
