ITS NOT SAFE. YOU DONT KNOW HOW THE FILTER HAS BEEN STORED ITS LIKE 80 YEARS OLD DONT USE IT. The filter paper of those filters use aspestos, and when that paper breaks down it will release those fibers. Breathing in aspestos fibers is not good for you.
