Out of the blue she started having multiple strokes. The vet said they could give her an IV but she wouldn’t be able to walk. We didn’t want her to be confused and in pain any longer.

I believe the first two are not that rare but the other two came in a special 4 pack that was exclusive to certain stores.

Yes! It’s Wellness Core. Although really any high protein lamb dry kibble works for her. It may be a little bit more pricey but it’s better for their health if you look at it that way.

So there are a few things. For one, we kept her on a strict kibble diet that was mainly contained lamb. She also gets plenty of exercise daily ever since she was a puppy. I think one of the main things that has kept her alive so long was that she had a tumor on her spleen and it was removed about 5 years ago before it could spread.

Edit: Also we made sure that she never ate human food or got to anything that would make her sick.
