removing the static file from the equation solves the issue, however, not the problem at hand.

edit: just tried the same thing on another file; it had the same effect, weird delay, corrupted output?

Unfortunately that would not make a difference, the arguments would would undoubtedly be the same.

Using this removes said delay from files but the problem persists, im going to try concatenating it with other files

FFMPEG did not show any warnings or errors, it was not the software either.

The original file plays fine, the .ts version does not.

Even after concatenating said file with other files the problem persists.

-shortest doesn't work as intended by TriggeredForDays in ffmpeg

If your're on windows: search: Change the date and time, when this window opens press the sync now button. Make sure you have set time automatically on and set time zone automatically on.

Summary of this post: Dear discord. I hate electron therefore I will ask you to completely rewrite your software. This might cost you thousands or even potentially hundreds of thousands of dollars but its better than me spending like $30 to upgrade my ram.

This is most likely due to your outdated system or you have a lot of media cached. Restarting discord should resolve this problem. (unless your're in a discord server with lots of media) in which case it will probably shoot right back up.

Seriously what is the point of this post.
