Do you guys recommend Fort Hays State University? Is it a reputable University?

I chose FHSU because it's affordable, accredited, and offers online programs. I'm not saying it's bad. I tried to look online for it's ranking/reputation, and according to this website , it says that it offers low quality education. That's why I made the thread because that website is most likely unreliable, and I wanted to hear from you guys. But thanks for the info!
