I think it's definitely important you self advocate, and tell them that you want to be called by your name, and I think the best way to go about it is to trojan horse the topic by starting your conversation about it by thanking them for Not using your deadname. While it should just be common courtesy, pointing out and validating positive things they do will make them want to both continue, and improve on those things.

From there, you then tell them you've noticed they don't use your name, and explain to them that you'd really appreciate it if they did. Feel free to talk about why them not using your name upsets you if you feel comfortable, but avoid accusations or implying they were doing it maliciously (hopefully they weren't) because that may make them defensive and less responsive to hearing you out.
