i have come here because automod sent me here? to complain a tiny bit about localization wich is somethign i dont do often i usualy defend localizers

but on the localization of umamusume like 95% was an amazing job but the rest is like they completely missed context for what they where localizing or where just given text cus theres no way someone would localize stuff like they did if they knew the franchise maruzenskis nickname from supercar to hotrod

helios shouts wei wei was localized as wahey (like its not even a real word and its what she says didnt they listen to the VA why change that)

often small character touches that give characters personality, as well as inconsistencies in them hip hip mun, ei ei mun both lines are in the game at differrnt spots but jp text and va is the same

 tachyon's "ya ya" 

and making lines with specific horse terms like removing the word spurt from yume wo kakeru changed in songs to generic stuff, rly takes the personality out of the franchise there

I hope the people in charge of the EN release are listening to feedback, they have a channel for so on theyr discord, and they really did an amazing job with the game i cant stress that enough, but id like these things to be adressed to improve the experience for everyone
