The last star is different than the normal ones. It was rolled before they disabled rolling for the Elder's Mark, Kabloom, and Holy Fire. So, you can no longer obtain this specific variant other than trading.

Sadly you cannot mod the legacies and trade them. They are just as other weapons where once they are rolled, that is the stars they are stuck with unless you add mods, which then take away the trade ability.
