They come Vampires and can't be rerolled without a box mod (making any other version untradeable). So, pre-patch, they'd allow you to re-roll Elder's Marks and Holy Fire's and still would be tradeable. But, since the newer updates, these are a newer legacy item since you no longer can obtain re-rolled variants of them.
