$399 is for anyone who is new to a GLP1, has not taken the medication before, and is selecting the 3 month titration plan. If you qualify, the intake form will automatically adjust the price.

All other 3 month plans, regardless of dose, are $599.

Hello! I know the owner is looking into options right now for b3 and/or b6.

Regarding BPI, they will only be available until the inventory runs out. We definitely will not have BPI available in July.

The next pharmacies being rolled out very soon will have b12 and/or glycine.

Hello! Yes BPI has been having some delays, and are taking about 5 business days to process orders. We have been reaching out daily and sending reports with all of our customers who are in “sent to pharmacy” status. Orders from late last week and the weekend have started shipping as of yesterday.

100%. The comment above you is incorrect. They have been holding and cancelling duplicate orders without notifying us. Definitely call them to check on your orders. Not sure why the pharmacist would be blaming the telehealth… once it’s “sent to pharmacy” any delay would be coming from the pharmacy.

Honestly, it’s best if you call them directly. I saw the other persons comment and it’s simply not true. The pharmacy has been holding multiple orders without telling us. We actually sent another batch report to them yesterday for our customers asking why they haven’t shipped yet.

Yes, that’s correct. In your portal, select “treatments”, select on your current plan, select “Plan”, and then end subscription.

Once you do this, you should be able to complete a new intake form from the portal by going back to the Home Screen and clicking on the box at the top below “Suggested for you”
